What I believe.
I trust people are the guides to their own healing. I believe in choosing the good in situations, circumstances and people. I believe there must be a willingness to change. The will is the spiritual muscle that is used to manifest something different. I trust the unconscious mind to reveal what we need to know at the right time and place. I believe everyone has intuition and can develop a stronger one. I believe art and self-expression are keys to happiness. I believe in empowering others. I believe people are good. I know the answers come from within if we still ourselves long enough to hear. I believe in meditation. I believe yoga makes me a better version of myself. What is right for me is not always right for others. I believe in taking naps. I believe in peace. And I seek to live in the present moment. I believe in affirmations. Social connections keep us healthy. I know our pets have healing magic. I believe in unconditional love. And that forgiveness can set us free.
